Cats owned by low-income residents are eligible to receive no cost spay/neuter services. Proof of enrollment in a state or federal assistance program is needed, such as TAFDC, SSI, VS, SNAP, WIC ect.                  
The cat is vaccinated and spayed or neutered. Call the office for information or to have a voucher request sent to you. Go to for more information.
